Top Quality Services for Custom Exterior and Interior Projects

Residential Contractor
The primary contractor who serves the owner and is responsible for all phases of residential construction is the Residential Contractor. Some of the responsibilities included are the management of all subcontractors, the successful completion of all general conditions stated in the contract, and the overall supervision of construction on any given project from start to finish.

Design/Build
This type of construction relies on the collaboration and teamwork of the Design Team and the Contractor. The advantage to the owner in choosing this type of construction is that the Contractor is able to provide pre – construction services as well as value – engineering. In most cases this type of collaboration between the design team and the construction team can help to lower costs at the beginning of the job as well as help to prevent unforeseen circumstances throughout the building process that could either delay completion or raise expense.

Construction Management
The Construction Manager’s role is to serve as the coordinator and communicator to the owner throughout the project. Utilizing his skill and knowledge of construction the manager is used to clarify costs and time consequences of design decisions, interpret construction feasibility, manage the bidding of subcontractors, and overall management of all phases of construction once the project has begun.

Tenant/Interior Finish
Interior Finish is a term applied to the total effect produced by the inside finishing of a building. In most cases a tenant has signed an agreement to occupy a specific space and the space is custom finished to their specifications. This customization includes not only the materials that are used but also the manner in which the trim and other decorative features have been planned, handled, and constructed.
